St Clement's SureStart Children's Centre is now open in Churchgateway.  It coordinates activities and services for families with children under 5 living in Terrington St Clement and many surrounding villages.  The phone number is 827674 and the e-mail address is office@st-clements-childrens-centre.co.uk

Terrington St Clement Post Office in Churchgateway offers a wide range of services in addition to the usual postal facilities.  These include car tax, free cash withdrawals for customers of a number of banks and building societies, foreign currency (pre-order), phone top-ups, bill payments and other financial services.  It also provides a police information point.  Contact Derek and Sue Hodgson on 828241.

The Mobile Library comes to the village every second Tuesday; it will be here on 13 and 27 October and subsequent, alternate Tuesdays. There are 12 stopping points around the village at various times from 9.40am to 4.20pm- see the Anchor magazine or contact Downham Market Library on 01366 383073 for details.  Additionally, there is a home library service for those who cannot access the normal library services.  Run by the WRVS and Norfolk County Council, books of your choice can be delivered to your home free of charge.  For more details contact the library on01553 772568.

Terrington Neighbourhood Police Team works with the local community to tackle crime and anti-social behaviour.  For non-emergencies they can be contacted on 0845 456 4567 or e-mail sntterrington@norfolk.pnn.police.uk  Terrington St John police station is currently normally manned on Thurs-Sat afternoons and the phone number there is 01945 881041.  The mobile police station visits the village regularly and the next visit is on 6 October, from 10 am-12 noon at the Car Park on Churchgateway.

Connecting Communities is a mobile information, support and signposting service for rural oommunities which visits Terrington St Clement Surgery every 4 weeks.  The next visit is on Wednesday 14 October between 1 and 3pm.
