Pantomime
The village pantomime to be staged this Christmas will be Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, which will be held in the Village Hall on 3,4 and 5 December.
- Rehearsals are now well underway
- There will be 3 evening performanes (7pm) and 1 Saturday matinee (2pm)
- Proceeds will go to a new Community Fund to provide activities with a wide appeal in the village and to meet individual needs not met through normal state funding
Competitons were held at the Primary School to design a cover for the Panto programme, and at the High School to design an advertising poster- the winners were Rebecca Skittrell and Kim Bowman and prizes were presented on Friday 11 September with the Lynn News in attandance.

Tickets are on sale now, price £6 for adults, £3 for children and £15 for a family of four. Please get yours early to avoid disappointment- they are already selling fast. Phone Lesley Wilson on 829161.
We have been helped by a grant of £500 from the Parish Council and 4 recent quiz nights have raised a further £600.
We are also extremely grateful to all those who bought raffle tickets at The Wildfowler Hog Roast on Saturday 22 August, raising a further £120 towards the fund.
On Sunday 25 October there will be another fund-raising quiz night at The Wildfowler pub, 7 for 7.30pm. The cost is just £2 per person and teams can be of 3-6 people.
